Siloam Physical Therapy & Wellness is personalized, one on one PT and wellness services in your home individualized to address your specific needs regardless of your underlying medical conditions, current limitations or age. Physical Therapy services delivered in traditional outpatient clinics may be more focused on fitting into the typical recovery model, less on the needs of the client and more keeping within the framework of limited time with the client. Siloam Physical Therapy & Wellness is focused on the needs of every client, burrowing down to the root cause of an injury or medical condition causing movement restrictions and pain. Every person has the hope of feeling confident in their physical abilities to live a life that is purposeful, fulfilling and not limited by weakness, pain, endurance or fear of injury.

Siloam Physical Therapy & Wellness was developed with the idea that individuals may need physical therapy programs designed to work outside the limitations of insurance guidelines. That sometimes people actually do need a maintenance program to keep themselves strong and mobile. The objective of Siloam Physical Therapy & Wellness is to empower people to reach their full potential, based on their needs and goals.

Are you tired of hurting, or can’t do the activities you once loved to do? Have you had a recent surgery or medical procedure and have not quite returned to your pre injury level? Do you have a nagging pain that you can not get rid of and every time you exercise it flares up? Do you have a fear of falling or have frequent falls?

Nicole Skinner, PT, owner of Siloam PT & Wellness, has over 30 years experience working with all ages and medical conditions.   Nicole has extensive experience treating patients with complex medical conditions that result in cardiovascular and musculoskeletal deficits which may be causing chronic pain, limited strength and mobility impairments that impair quality of life.  Through a holistic approach, Nicole assesses the “whole person” to fully address underlying limitations in strength and flexibility that may be inhibiting your ability to pursue life completely.

What would you do today if you weren’t limited by pain, weakness or impaired mobility?  If you are seeking a more fulfilling life, a life where you have better control of your medical conditions and physical well-being, Siloam Physical Therapy and Wellness can empower you with the knowledge and tools, to achieve a strong and healthy body for a more abundant life.
